INplace is part of the Hyde Group, which was established over 40 years ago to provide housing across London and the South East.

Hyde Housing Association was born out of a concern for people. It aimed to address homelessness, overcrowding and poor accommodation by giving

people the opportunity to achieve their aspirations. Hyde’s development and growth has been driven by the belief that decent housing is a basic need and a platform for people to prosper.

Currently the Hyde group manages over 40,000 properties.

INplace was established in 2002 and is a major provider of affordable homes, offering a wide range of properties throughout London and the South East.
