Hyde was established over 31 years ago to provide social housing. As of 1st April 2002, Hyde had a total stock of 30,977 units and an annual turnover of £75m.
INplace was launched in 2002 to build on the Group's work in the fields of low cost shared ownership and to further develop new business in market rent schemes and outright sale, with a focus on keyworkers to meet government initiatives.
The group has an annual development programme of £60m in London, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, East and West Sussex.
INplace works in conjunction with Hyde's development teams in London, Maidstone, Brighton and Southampton developing grant and non-grant funded shared ownership, S106 sites, new build or refurbishment projects for rent or sale.
