INplace is developing homes to rent across the South East. The majority of these homes are refurbished or new apartments, and these are all available at various rent levels.
Some homes are developed for specific client groups, whilst others are available generally. We have a wide range of accommodation available. The properties are owned by INplace’s parent company, Hyde Housing Association, and managed and maintained by INplace to a high standard.
