Am I eligible for property for rent?

Some schemes will be targeted to specific client groups, such as keyworkers. You will need to meet the criteria to be considered for those schemes. Other schemes are available for rent to all people. Check individual property details for more information.

Typically you will need one month's deposit and one month's rent in advance, landlord references and a good credit history to rent one of our homes.
