INplace is developing homes to rent across the South East. The majority of these homes are refurbished or new flats, and these are all available at various rent levels.
Some flats are developed for specific client groups, whilst others are available generally. We have a range of accommodation ranging from one flat in a house to large developments. The properties are owned by INplace's parent company, Hyde Housing Association, and managed and maintained by INplace to a very high standard.
Properties are available in London, Surrey, Hampshire and East and West Sussex.
Costs will naturally vary depending on location and property type. INplace does seek to let at lower than market rent values wherever possible particularly where schemes have been developed for specific client groups such as teachers or nurses.
