For most schemes you or your partner will need to be at least 55 years of age, although some
schemes require a minimum age of 60 before you can move in.
For our schemes in the London Borough of Bexley you will need to be nominated to us by the
local authority.
Purchasers of these homes must be able to live relatively independently & where the Association
has concerns regarding an applicants suitability for this type of housing, a home visit will be
carried out prior to any offer being made.
