Am I eligible for retirement housing?

For most schemes you or your partner will need to be at least 55 years of age, although some schemes require a minimum age of 60 before you can move in.

Purchasers of these homes must be able to live relatively independently & where the Association has concerns regarding an applicants suitability for this type of housing, a home visit will be carried out prior to any offer being made.
